These Client Terms and Conditions apply when you engage Vacation Artisans Travel Agency to plan and book travel on your behalf. By paying our planning fee or confirming travel with us, you agree to these terms.
Planning Fees
Our planning fee is quoted before you commit and is non-refundable once work has begun. The fee reflects the research, itinerary design, and coordination we perform on your trip.
Travel Suppliers
We act as an independent agent for airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers, including their cancellation and change policies.
Payments and Cancellations
Deposits and final payments are due per each supplier's schedule and are subject to that supplier's cancellation penalties. We strongly recommend travel insurance on every trip.
Travel Documents and Health Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and any health documentation required by your destinations. We provide guidance; final responsibility rests with the traveler.
Limitation of Liability
Vacation Artisans Travel Agency is not liable for acts, omissions, or defaults of independent travel suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control including weather, strikes, or supplier insolvency.
